I didn't get a chance to post this on Halloween because I have been so busy. I absolutely adore Julia Roberts and any movie that she stars in! Pretty woman in one of my all time favorites and I was so excited to actually pull off this costume!!
Thrift store blazer and hat. I couldn't find a red and black blazer, so I had to sew the black onto the blazer. Steve madden over the knee boots. I used an old ribbed tank and cut out the sides for the top. I bought blue fabric from a fabric store to make the skirt. I found the rings at Michael's and sewed it all together! I am very pleased with the result.
