I have very fine, curly hair. The problem is I have lots of it! My hair has become very damaged since I decided to add color and I finally came up with a solution. This regiment has been very successful in repairing my over-processed hair. The following is a list of all of the products I use as well as the process;
- I shampoo my hair with Biolage Fiberstrong Shampoo. This is a repair shampoo that is working very well to repair my hair
- I mix Biolage Fiberstrong Conditioner with organic coconut oil, apply it to damp hair and comb through with my fabulous "Wet Brush". I leave this mixture on for about 15 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
- After towel blotting my hair, I apply a small amount of "Its a 10" Miracle Leave-In product and finger it through. This is an amazing product that helps repair and maintain healthy hair.
- If wearing my hair curly, I add mixed chicks leave-in conditioner and let my hair air dry or diffuse if necessary.
- I If I decide to wear my hair straight, I blow-dry it and then flat iron after steps 1-3.
- Lastly, I apply a dime size of Aveda Brilliant oil. This oil is perfect! Its alcohol free and it isn't oily at all. One bottle can last me an entire year and I have a lot of hair!
